This exhibition features important works of art from the Museum’s collection by people who identify as women.

Allen Island

Here is my location during our outing, my studio on Allen Island. The northern cove, near the settlement. Sun shining, warm Maine water, and my favorite piece of the day Allen Island #1, where things came together nicely, the green lettuce, upon the bladder wrack, making discoveries with art and sea.
